Project Background
A nail manufacturing factory located in Cebu, Philippines, has been operating for over 20 years, primarily supplying the Cebu Metropolitan Area and surrounding provinces with construction nails. With the accelerated development of infrastructure projects in the Philippines since 2024 (such as the BDO landmark project and several steel mill projects), local demand for construction nails has surged.
However, the client's old equipment, over 10 years old, faces two major challenges:
1.The demand for raw materials with different wire diameters relies on imports, resulting in long supply cycles.
2.The existing nail-making machines are slow, producing only 2-3 tons per day. Despite having dozens of traditional models, the output still cannot meet the orders of large clients, and the machines occupy a large factory area and consume significant amounts of electricity.
Based on this challenge, the customer began looking for a new supplier with a clear goal: wire drawing machine and high-speed nail making machine that can stably draw 1.85-4.3mm wire and operate stably in the high temperature and humidity environment of the Philippines.
Solution: Trust Won from a Trial Run
The client initially contacted DAPU MACHINERY through YouTube. Initially cautious, they agreed to purchase only one set of wire drawing machines for a trial production.

Wire Drawing Machine: Model DP-LZ560, capable of reducing wire diameter from 6.5mm to 1.85mm, with an initial order of 1 units.
Upon receiving the first machine and putting it into operation, the client was highly satisfied with its stable performance and efficiency. Shortly after, they placed a repeat order for an additional wire drawing machine to further expand production capacity.

🚀 High-Speed Nail Making Machines
During subsequent communications, the client revealed their plans to build a new workshop and invest in 36 sets high-speed nail making machines, as their existing traditional models could no longer meet growing demand. Based on their specifications, we recommended the DP-X90 and DP-X130 models. Impressed by the trial machine's performance, the client has since placed multiple orders, totaling 19 high-speed nail making machines from DAPU.
