(1) Servo Motor Control for Enhanced Precision:
The line wire feed hopper, with a 1T raw material capacity, is driven by an Inovance servo motor via a synchronous belt. This ensures accurate and reliable wire placement.
Stepper motors control the drop-feed of warp wires, precisely synchronizing with the machine's operating speed for optimal alignment.
The cross wire system also utilizes a 1T-capacity feeding hopper, minimizing production interruptions caused by frequent material replenishment.

For the most critical welding section, we employ original Japanese SMC cylinders. Their exceptionally smooth up-and-down motion eliminates any jerking or sticking during welding. Welding pressure can be precisely set via the touchscreen, ensuring both extraordinarily long service life and consistent, high-quality welded mesh panels.
(3) German-Designed Bender for High Speed:
After welding is completed, two wire mesh pulling carts, controlled by Inovance servo motors, transport the panel to the bender. Compared to traditional hydraulic benders, our new servo-driven model can complete a bending cycle in just 4 seconds. The dies are made of wear-resistant material W14Cr4VMnRE, capable of enduring high-intensity, continuous operation.
(4) Fully Automated Production Process, Only Final Packaging Required:
This integrated machine line automates the entire process — from material feeding and welding to bending and stacking. All you need to do is place a wooden pallet in position. The machine will then automatically stack the finished mesh panels onto it. Once a stack reaches the preset quantity, it is ready for you to secure and transport via forklift to storage.

1. Can the automatic fence bending and welding machine bend four times or three times?
Yes, the mesh bends can be set on the touching screen. But pay attention: the number of bends in the wire mesh needs to correspond to the mesh opening size.
2. Can the automatic fence bending and welding machine mesh opening size infinitely variable adjustment? Like 55mm, 60mm?
The mesh opening size should be multiplier adjustment. The line wire holding rack is pre-designed, so you can change line wire space such as 50mm, 100mm, 150mm and so on.
3. How to install and operate the automatic fence bending and welding machine, can I achieve by myself？
If it's your first time to use the machine, we suggest send our technician to your factory. Our technician have sufficient experience on installing and debugging machine. Besides, they can train your worker, so machine can work smoothly after technician leave as well.
