On December 9, 2025, a Brazilian customer’s fence mesh welding machine and auxiliary equipment (3-6 straightening machines) were packed and shipped on schedule. Videos and photos of the packing process were also provided to the customer, and real-time updates on the order’s progress were given to ensure on-time delivery.

Our Brazilian client primarily manufactures construction wire mesh. Their requirements are 3-6mm wire diameter, mesh sizes of 100*100mm, 150*150mm, and 200*200mm, and a mesh width of 2.5m. Therefore, we recommended a 3-6mm wire diameter, a manually operated wire feeding welding machine for the fence mesh. Because the client has high requirements for the flatness of the mesh, and considering the welding machine’s production speed of 60-70 times/min, we also recommended our high-speed straightening and cutting machine GT3-6, which can reach speeds of up to 120m/min, ensuring a sufficient supply of warp and weft wires to better meet their production needs.

The main advantages of this machine are: it comes equipped with a manual warp feed trolley, allowing for pre-prepared warp threads and saving threading time; additionally, to meet the specific requirements of our Brazilian customer, our welding heads are pre-installed and tested according to the customer’s required aperture range. The welding section is equipped with six 150kVA transformers and 34 welding heads, covering mesh sizes of 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm, eliminating the need for adjusting welding head positions and saving welding time. Therefore, after the customer receives the machine, installs and debugs it, and then directly produces fence panels with different aperture sizes according to the end customer’s needs.

After welding, a mesh pulling trolley, controlled by a Panasonic servo motor and equipped with gears from Taiwan’s J&T, smoothly and efficiently pulls the mesh panels.
