On February 9, 2025, a Kazakhstan-based client specializing in steel mesh production successfully partnered with DAPU to order a 1.98m-wide field fence making machine.
Case Background:
Kazakhstan is a vast landlocked country, predominantly covered by grasslands and deserts, making it highly suitable for raising cattle and horses. Therefore, when constructing highways, it is necessary to install livestock fencing along both sides of the roads to prevent cattle, sheep, and other animals from crossing the road and disrupting transportation.
In recent years, Kazakhstan’s rapid infrastructure development has driven urban growth, creating high demand for road construction and maintenance.
As a manufacturer in this sector, the client received numerous orders for pasture fencing and planned to purchase a field fence machine to expand production capacity.
Collaboration Process:
Today, I will share the entire process of how DAPU secured this partnership with the client.
First, on January 9, 2026, the client discovered our official DAPU account on TikTok and sent us an inquiry about the pasture net machine.
The inquiry was handled by our sales representative Felix. Through communication with the client’s procurement officer, Mr. Jengisbek, via WeChat, Felix confirmed the specifications and parameters of the pasture nets required and sent a standard quotation.
After completing these initial foundational discussions, it so happened that the client’s boss, Mr. Kaira, was planning a trip to Xinjiang, China to visit relatives. We therefore invited Mr. Kaira to visit the factory, test the machinery, and answer the client’s questions and concerns.
On January 22, 2026, the client successfully visit our factory and tested our in-stock veld span making machine. During the factory visit, we also answered all of the client’s questions. The client expressed great satisfaction with our machines and services, deciding to confirm the specific specifications and dimensions of the required field fence with their end users upon returning home, and then finalize the order within 10 days.
On February 4, 2026, the client confirmed the specific mesh size and mesh width requirements with the end customer, entering the final order confirmation stage.

After five days of confirmation with Mr.Kaira on WhatsApp, he made the advance 30% payment on February 9, 2026, finalizing our cooperation. We immediately accelerated production scheduling for the customer. However, due to the timing coinciding with the Chinese New Year in mid-February, the delivery date for the customer’s grassland network machine was extended to mid-April.
The Kazakhstani client Mr.Kaira expressed understanding and extended New Year greetings.
As of today, March 9, 2026, the client’s field fence machine remains in full-scale production. During the client’s observance of Ramadan, we also conveyed our sincere holiday wishes.
